The modular Unilock Zero-Point Clamping System is flexible and is equipped with a single chuck solution for the face of 4th or 5th axis rotary tables ISM 160, a specially designed adapter between the chuck and the spindle face of the rotary indexer for the receiver to directly go to the indexer spindle nose, and a pre-plumbed air solution thus enabling the manual valves or machine tool controller to control the function of pneumatic clamping and un-clamping. Other available kits with this are generic adapter plate for direct mounting to other manufacturer's rotary face plates with T-slots every 60 degrees. It is now available in a kit specifically designed for Haas 160mm platter rotary indexing table with an adapter plate designed alongside.

The instant shift Unilock zero-point clamping chuck mechanism can lower the equipment installation span by a maximum of 90% and enhances the precision as well as redundancy. This highly efficient chuck mechanism uses vault force to drive wedges from a narrow wedge seal. The air force can flatten the vaults and discharge the wedge seal. Additionally, the Unilock zero-point clamping chuck can be accessed in various versions as per the application.
Clamping can be done by letting the air pressure off the chuck and the clamping handle is fastened to the base dish for enabling palletization. This leads to an instant and redundant clamping of .0002" or beyond.
