The VIO linear toolshrink from DMG MORI, when compared to other commonly used presetters, provides time savings with the in-built shrink unit and the toolshrink design. The linear drives provide a quick and ?-accurate positioning of the axes, while also protecting the tool and shrink coil. There is no need to exchange spool elements or the automatic unshrinking of the tools with larger shafts as a cutter diameter. Furthermore, the operator is delivered the most easy handling in this class along with the intuitive guide that assures quick integration in the plant and advantages to the user for a long time. The tool presetting devices of the VIO linear can be retroactively equipped with the toolshrink as well.
