Bagging Machines becomes extremely useful as the demand for hygienic bottled water increases. Productive Systems with their experience in bagging empty plastic milk bottles and usage of innovative technology has made it possible to make the process of getting the bottles from the blow moulder to the bottler extremely hygienic and completely contamination-free. Bagging is very economical and it eliminates returnable packaging like trays and cartons. The characteristic of PET is static and tackiness and it makes the bagging process very difficult. It is this problem that has been addressed and this machine can bag 12,000 PET bottles every hour. The bag can be manually sealed with the help of bagging clamps and once that is done, will be manually removed. The whole process, that is pushing the bottles, sealing the bags are simple and automatic.
