Single-screw extruder - KEP 45-27-N/TM

The Main Extruders is manufactured by Sketmatik. Its robust steel construction is designed for low vibration levels. The frame incorporates separate piping systems for water, oil and compressed air according to the machines specific design. It is used as a standard motor and gearbox, mounted in a U configuration and the motor is AC with a digital controller (flux vector).

Alternative drive systems are available: Compact Geared Motor, and Torque Motor. Both of these componenets feature minimal installation and operation space intake, low noise levels, and environmentally clean functions, as they are water-cooled.

The AC digital controller can also be water-cooled if required.

Single-screw coextruder - KEP B-25-25-S

The KEP B 25-25 S from Sket Matik is co-extruder designed to combine the changes in scientific and technological development. The tool can be engineered with horizontal design, vertical design and post-co-extruder design.

The device is mounted on a frame with integrated castors and leveling screws, to support any application. In addition, this co-extruder can be conveniently moved within the factory floor. This instrument can be adjusted to 500 mm height.

Single-screw extruder / laboratory - KEP 16-27-RN

The SKETmatik laboratory extruder is flexibly designed. The change of the barrel is very easy and makes it possible to test different applications in the laboratory through the usage of one basic extruder system. The PLC and display system can monitor and a wide range of data including melt pressures, temperatures, motor torque, screw speed, etc. can be measures. The storage and transfer of data can be done on a PC from where it can be used, for example, an Excel file for process performance analysis. Ethernet interface is also supported by the PLC. The barrel and screw as specifically designed meet the customer's specific requirements. The laboratory can be supplied with interchangeable barrels on demand. Laboratory extruder of screw diameter 16 mm and barrel length of 27D is the smallest available.

Single-screw extruder / grooved feed - KEP 75-27-N

The KEP 75-27-N is a single-screw extruder installed with a grooved feeders that are either axial or spiral in design. The screws are constructed in any geometry in order to comply with specific standards and specifications that include barrier screws fitted with shearing and mixing zones. These screws are removable from the barrel.

Single-screw measuring extruder - KEP 60-27-N

The SKETmatik measuring extruder is specifically designed with a flexible structure. This machine has the capability of measuring the barrel pressure at several places. At the end of its screw are additional temperature sensors which can measure the melt temperature along the diameter.

The PLC and display system are capable of monitoring and displaying a wide range of data including the melt pressures, temperatures, motor torques, screw speeds, and more. The data can be stored and be transferred to a PC. The PLC has an Ethernet interface. In addition, the barrel and the screw are specially designed in order to meet the user's specifications.

Single-screw extruder / grooved feed - DN 25 - 90 | Helibar series

The Helibar series is a range of extruders that utilizes a monobloc barrel. Their grooves are arranged helical.

The extruders are longer than the traditional extruder and they are coupled systematically to screws. They feature the combination of the benefits of the smooth and the grooved extruder, particularly an essential flow volume and a huge universality considering the different polymers.

The series is available in different versions: the C version for the coextruders, U versions for the principal extruders and P version for the principal extruders for polyolefine. They are suitable for the applications that involve profiles, tubes, cables, flaques and leaves.

Single-screw extruder / grooved feed - DN 35 - 90 | Arc series

The series Arc has a barrel which is used in two sections. First comes a smooth barrel with approximately 25D and a grooved barrel sleeve which has a length of 3-6D. These extruders first appeared at the start of 1980. Using the same diameter of the screw, they can produce a higher flow volume. Generally, this type of extruders tends to be longer than extruders having a smooth barrel. They are also connected to screws which is why they are known as barrier screws.

Being less universal than the coextruders and extruders from series Elipse, the machines are primarily utilized for Polyolefine (PE and PP) and soft material, such as TPE and PVC. The grooves can either be helical in shape or straight (in the axis of the machine).

Single-screw extruder - DN 25 - 90 | Elipse series

The Elipse series universal extruder is designed with a smooth or slightly grooved barrel. The universal extruder (for each kind of polymere that is known) comes at an economical cost for a given screw diameter, but with limited maximal flow volume. Komax introduces the machines optional with slightly grooved barrels in which the size of the grooves is smaller than the size of the granulate material resulting in enhanced stability besides increase of mass. The technology proves essential for a correct extrusion in some cases. The series is available in two versions, as a C version for the coextruder (mobile machine) and as an E version for the extruder which are mainly fixed.
