The RT2 is the resin trap and control module from our MICRO vacuum system.
This heavy duty miniature resin trap will suit manufacturers of high quality small infused parts who already have a suitable pump, but wish to upgrade the vacuum integrity of their controls and resin trap and minimise trap cleaning time. The trap can be mounted on a flat base panel and will suit vacuum pumps with a capacity up to about 12 m3/h (7 cfm)

Resin trap vacuum infusion - RT19
TRT19-pdf-iconhe RT19 resin trap and degassing vessel is primarily designed to collect excess resin from composite manufacturing processes, reducing the risk of resin entry to vacuum pumps and central vacuum lines. Built to last, the RT19 features mastic-free high integrity vacuum connections, a rugged vacuum pump connection block and a disposable resin catchpot. Optional features include vacuum regulation for process control and an optional heavy duty aluminium lid with a glass view port which allows the resin level to be checked at any time. With slightly modified vacuum connections, the RT19 may also be used for supplying degassed resin to parts being infused.
