The Cna Eng Roller Hearth Furnace systems were designed for steel bars and merchant shapes. These heat treatment systems come with a fully integrated hardening, tempering and quenching, intended for continuous and high volume productions up to 60,000 lbs/hr (~27 metric tons/hr). The patented restrained roller spray quenching technology reduces distortion creating a uniform metallurgical and mechanical properties roller hearth line, that permits work with various round bars, squares beams, plates and similar shapes. Additionally, these units use special, energy saving burner technology, and are available with level II automation systems (with product tracking). They represent an excellent solution for long bar lengths up to 60" (18.5 m).

Can-Eng Rotary Screw Hearth steel bar heat treatment systems have integrated hardening, quenching and tempering for high volume and continuous production up to 140,000 lbs. /hr. Their unique spray quenching technology provides extremely uniform metallurgical and mechanical properties and maintains bar straightness. "Stress free" bar production and commercial quality straightness of .125" in 5' n is made possible by eliminating post heat treatment straightening. Continuous bar rotation provides self-straightening and hardening or heating for hot working. It has 85% efficient burner technology and level II automation system including bar tracking.
