The simple solution to measure, evaluate and document surface roughness. Incoming goods, production or final inspection: with HANDYSURF, quality assurance becomes mobile the measuring instrument goes to the workpiece and not vice versa.
Measuring in different positions
HANDYSURF allows not only measurements on flat surfaces, but also on vertical and overhead surfaces. Furthermore, it is possible to separate the tracing driver for the more flexible use of the display unit and to use it with optional holding devices.
Freedom of motion
In order to work without cables, the system is powered by rechargeable batteries. A charger is included.
Patented automatic function
Measuring range, overall measuring length, cut-off and display magnification are automatically configured based on the surface quality.

SURFCOM 130 is a compact tracing driver made for mobile use in production. This free stylus-and-arm system is capable of producing highly precise results. Waviness is measured through its 50 mm tracing driver while the roughness on radii is measured based on its 1.6 mm deflection range. It contains an analysis unit and a separate control that has a printer and a touchscreen display. External data storage and professional analysis with ACCTee PRO are also implemented through its computer interface.

The Surfcom and Countourecord machines from Zeiss are made in the 1500 to 2900 series with one base column for every model. The sensors are the only items that will change. Added sensors may be placed to create a contour measuring system on a surface measuring setup. More sensors may also be retrofitted as needed with white light or hybrid controls as needed. The system can be upgraded in a short period of time no matter what has to be added.
The unit uses a non-contact linear drive that is faster than spindle drives and can be activated on more sensors including hybrid, surface and white light sensors. The topography function may be upgraded as needed and a tracing driver will create a compliant body that also works with a hand wheel as needed. The hand wheel can turn the driver 15 degrees either way.

The Surfcom 5000 is made by Zeiss and is accurate and fast with a universal body to make all surface measurements easier to operate with. This measures more surfaces in just one step while making it more effective than many other conventional units. The Surfcom 5000 is used in places where accuracy is critical. It is particularly for the auto and mechanical engineering fields.
This unit will measure and engineer lenses, bearings and spindles with accurate levels of around 0.31 nanometers on average. This also uses five lasers on its interferometer to measure the unit to see that it is more accurate. The unit also has a T stylus and a ratio of the measuring range to resolution of approximately 42 million to 1.
