The RVC is suitable for use in the routine concentration of larger sample volumes. The unit utilizes chemical-proof diaphragm pumps, a vacuum system, and vacuum controls. The device may optionally be integrated with cooling traps.
The concentrator is designed with the basic acrylic glass cover, and an optional glass compound cover. It provides a rotor capacity of 108 x 1.5 ml/2.2 ml up to 2x microtiter plates.

The maxi concentrator is intelligently devised to provide multitasking services in applications involving generous-sized volumes of samples with a vast spectrum of solvents. The machine is structured from stainless steel or a tough glass compound, and outfitted with a corrosion-resilient window.
The rotor of the machine can accommodate an impressive 216 tubes of 1.5 to 2.2 ml capacity or up to 4 deepwell plates or a maximum of 12 microtiter plates. The system grants excellence, high productivity and precision in performances, with an output of 1.555 min-1 and 500g for mini-tubes. Tasks are accomplished with minimal foaming and bumping in demanding applications such as with DCM. The machine displays a tolerance of more than 50g to instability.
The concentrating machine is equipped with diaphragm pumps that are structured to provide excellent resilience to various chemicals. The pumps have a suctioning ability of 2m3/h and operate at final vacuum levels of 9mbar. It also incorporates a vacuum assembly that can be adjusted via a vacuum control unit for higher/lower vacuum levels. An optionally available chemical hybrid pump can be integrated for applications involving solvents with high boiling points such as DMSO.
The machine is ideally used with cooling traps of 4 liter capacity in order to facilitate evaporation at high volumes. The rotor shaft can be detached easily to enable alternate use of the machine as a vacuum drying unit. A strobe light, to keep an eye on proceedings, is available in option.

A sample concentrator quick way to concentrate numerous samples in a block heater at the same time. It uses a simple gas delivery system where stainless steel needles are used to pass gas over the surface of the samples. This is combined with the block heaters heat to produce the perfect conditions for efficient evaporation.
The sample concentrators gas reservoir height is on an adjustable stand, which ensures perfect adjustment allowing for compatibility with all block heater sample vessels.
The gas delivery needles come in 76mm or 127mm lengths, and there is an optional PTFE coating available.
