With the help of an internal H2S converter , the Serinus 51 H2S/SO2 instruments can integrate seamlessly into continuous monitoring networks. They can sequentially measure H2S and then SO2. This sequencing can be turned off and continuous measurement of the two units becomes available. Serinus 51 LR involves two cycles. H2S is measured by passing the sample through an internal SO2 scrubber removing the SO2; the H2S is then converted to SO2 by using internal converter and measure with the fluoresence technique. The SO2 concentration is then measured using the flourescence technique by bypassing the SO2 scrubber and converter. This range of analysers has been designed using Ecotech's knowledge and experience of producing large air quality monitoring networks.

This sulfur analyzer has been designed by UV Fluorescence and complies with AST D5453/ASTM D6667/ ASTM D 7183/ISO 20 846 standards. In order to address a major issue in the oil industry, the apparatus has been designed in collaboration with The Centre de Recherches TOTAL .

The analyzer can quickly and automatically measure the exceptionally low contents of sulfur in petroleum products (to 20 ppb) during routine analysis and provides the optimum conditions for measurement, as relates to accuracy, implementation of standards, rapidity and comfort of use. As a result, the SULF UV is the ideal choice to match these requirements. Its ease of use and its performance are a result of the direct input of users into the equipment's design. Two types of sulfur analyzers have been developed: the SULF UV "complete" and the SULF UV "SL" ISO 20 846. The first model analyzes all liquid, solid and gaseous products.

The unit has an excellent performance and easy to operate, and has a two type of analyzer. The SULF UV “complete” which allows every kind of analysis in solid, liquid and gaseous products. The SULF UV “SL” ISO 20 846 that is especially utilized to analyze liquid and gaseous products.

The unit is certified according to AST D5453, ASTM D6667, ASTM D 7183 and ISO 20 846 standards. It can be also received with automatic injector for liquid samples.
