Machined needle roller bearings inner rings are extremely strong as they are made from hardened rolling bearing steel. They are fitted with precision machined or ground raceways and used in a variety of applications. They are mainly used in conjunction with cage assemblies and needle roller, drawn cup needle roller bearings with closed end and needle roller bearings, and also with drawn cup needle roller bearings with open ends when the shaft cannot be used as a raceway. The combination of needle roller bearings with wide inner rings can help in axial displacements of the shaft in conjunction with the housing. Finally, they are used when optimal running surfaces are required for seal lips.

Axial cylindrical roller and cage assemblies consist of axial cages fitted one or two rows of cylindrical rollers. The distinctive features of the cage assemblies are its small axial height, high radial load capacity and rigidity. They are able to support the axial force in one direction and quite capable of functioning as non-locating bearings in a radial direction. It is possible to combine the axial cage assemblies in the housing or shaft locating washers or they can be integrated directly in the adjacent construction. If there are no axial bearing washers, then the raceway will act as a rolling bearing raceway.

The hydraulic extractors are designed for use in applications that require higher extraction forces. The devices allow quick and easy mounting of rolling bearings, gears, sleeves and many other shrink fitted parts. Longer extraction arms are available (accessories) for larger grip depths. The operating personnel is protected by means of a safety grid or a safety cover.

The parts under mechanical load of the hydraulic extractors are made of high quality chromium-molybdenum steel. The smooth-running piston is composed of chromium plated, hardened and tempered steel. A standard adapter adjusts the stroke travel and the screw thread sets the optimum grip depth. Spring-loaded steel cone enables simple centering. Simple conversion to two-arm operation helps in cases of insufficient spaces for three arms. Rotatable pump hand lever or separate pump ensures an optimum operating position.
