Owis' MT 75 Measuring Stages include features such as a central aperture measuring at 25 millimeters, a sleek and compressed overall design, a wear-proof aluminum construction, lateral or central micrometers, pre-encumbered pinpoint accuracy crossed roller bearing guides (with near-zero backlash), and XYZ placing capabilities with no added Z angle necessary. It also provides the option of availing a vacuum-ready configuration upon request.
