The APS is an external mixed chop/wetout system that allows the production of high quality uniform laminate parts (no splashing or bouncebacks and less air entrapment) with significantly reduced overspray and waste of material, while being simple and easy to operate.

It is highly reliable and well suited for non-stop operation as it requires zero maintenance and features patented Fluid Impingement Technology intended for low-pressure chop operations (from 15 to 30 psi). Additionally, this highly customizable unit it is equipped with solid bearing piston guides and ACME thread adjustment and capable of both internal and external mixing.
