The LN-10 series of two component high pressure heads with 'straight-through' mixing chambers are ideally used to provide perfectly mixed components and a maximized outflow for high-grade foamed parts. They are also suitable for applications concerning the production of sandwich insulated panels with irregular processes. They operate with low density rigid foams due to the 'straight-through' mixing chamber design it employs. They are specifically designed to tend to applications that require closed mold pouring. Canon has also come up with a lightweight version that is for cavity-filling and spray operations.
