It has been developed to provide effective, and reliable quality performance specifically for calcining limestone. Its compact, and robust design is integrated refractory lined shaft that incorporates three zones: preheat zone uses the hot gases coming from the calcining zone while the cooling zone preheats the combustion air which optimizes recovery of heat as well as minimizing fuel consumption.The system is gentle in handling the materials which results to lesser chances of breaking of lime. It is also capable of calcining large materials.
