The new laboratory power supply distributed as part of the PS 2000 B series offers various models with output powers of 100, 160 or 320W, as well as a voltage of 42 or 84V. The very practical and compact enclosure, as well as the very good price-performance ratio are significant for all the devices in this series and all models come closed on the top and bottom, without any external heat sinks, which makes them ideally suited for use with educational facilities, workshops and schools.The set values for output voltage and current, along with the overvoltage protection (OVP) threshold and the overcurrent protection (OCP) threshold are worth mentioning. This information and the output values of current and voltage are always shown on an illuminated, blue LCD. The devices can also be operated as constant or current voltage sources, with the output voltage being available through recessed 4mm safety sockets.
