Centrifugal concentrator / laboratory / molecular biology - 5 000 - 300 000 Da | Centrisart I series

The Centrisart I is a small volume centrifugal ultrafiltration unit designed to separate proteins in biological samples with low molecular weight substances. The Centrisart I filters samples in the opposite direction of the centrifugal force, which avoids premature filter blockage. The filtered proteins are collected in the floater insert tube, and can be accessed without having to remove the tube. 90% of the original sample content can normally be ultrafiltered within about 30 minutes.

The Centrisart I works in either fixed-angle or swinging-bucket rotor functions, and can contain standard 15 ml tubes. This filtration unit is built to be ready for use.
