It has magnification ranges from 108x to 17,280x and can easily satisfy the needs of most researchers.It has dedicated objective lenses that have high apertures as well as a dedicated optical system with excellent performance from a 405nm laser. The LEXT OLS4100 can accurately measure acute-angled samples that were impossible to measure before. It can also measure micro-roughness even on uneven surface.
