Composition : The LATTYflon 7189 packing is made of on the edges, phenolic composite yarns, each single yarn being impregnated with PTFE using our exclusive Filcoat-process, on friction faces, polyacrylic yarns, each single yarn being impregnated with PTFE using our exclusive Filcoat-process, graphite yarns in the core, which provides excellent elastic ecovery properties.

Industries : Extracting industry, sugar, paper, treatment of waste water, irrigation, sludge.

The LATTYflon 4488 Aramid/Carbon Synergy is a tough, durable and reliable packing made of a LATTY exclusive yarn which is blended carefully with carbon fibers and aramid materials. Each of it is infused with PTFE by “Filcoat” process. The packaging is again soaked with PTFE mixes and lubricants during plaiting.

The LATTYflon 4789 mechanical packing is made of yarns of aramid or staple rayon compound materials. Its singular yarns are infused with PTFE through LATTYs unique ʺfilcoatʺ process. After which, the yarn is saturated again with a combination of PTFE and inert, food-quality lubricant while the packing is undergoing braiding.

LATTYflon 4757 features a multi-yarn packing where the corners have 100% aramid yarns. With the help of "Filcoat"-process, these yarns are embedded with PTFE coating, and the friction faces consist of 100% graphited PTFE and lubricated. After which when it is time for plaiting operation, the packing is re-embedded with a mix of PTFE and inert lubricant. These mechanical packings come in reformed packing rings too.
