The Positioner 500kg model of peripherals features a heavy payload ranging from 300 kg to 500 kg, enabling the positioner to transport large work pieces efficiently. When utilizing FANUC robots, the positioner is capable of high speed, high coordination, and maximum precision. The model may work with all types of FANUC robots to give the positioner perfect coordination.

The Positioner 500kg is ideal for use in arc and spot welding, sealing, coating, polishing, dispensing and the like. Plug-and-play set-up software is readily available.

The MT 45 measuring stages have a compact design and a measuring range of 12mm. Laterally-attached micrometers and central micrometers are both available, as well as the option to motorize the MT 45 upon request. Slip-stick-free positioning at any load, including the maximum, is made possible with the roller bearing guides, which are precision crossed and preloaded.

Additional features include deformation-resistant aluminum and XYZ mounting, which is possible without an additional Z angle.

The Measuring Stages MT 50 have the measuring range of 6mm with mircometers and free aperture of 22mm for mounting vertically up to the optical axis. This MT 50 measuring stages are conceptually built to hold optical components .

They are solidly built as they are only 12.5 mm thick allowing space-saving arrangements to be possible.

They can resist deformation with their aluminum components plus their preloaded accuracy crossed roller bearing guides.

The MT50 can be paired with SYS40 conditionally.
