This strip packer is highly automatic and can pack effervescent tablets and other pharmaceutical products swiftly. It fills product into the strip, encloses it with a variety of lid materials and removes it. This machine can be completely controlled through PC and are impelled by brushless motors. It has Aisi304s main machine structure (stainless steel) and balcony-type construction that are reinforced according to GMP rules. It has separated drives and can be connected to the cartoner in line or at 90 degrees. It has a very modern web pulling system and employs continuous motion film that pulls on the filling area and intermittent motion on the cutting unit.
