The round magnets from Demag can provide with excellent performance when it is used as a single unit. The magnets have got higher load capacities and compact dimensions. They can be used as spreader magnets for transporting larger pieces of metal plates and sheets. Sag is eliminated by suspensions at various points. It can be used for carrying weights to about 1400 kg. The steel housing of the magnets is highly permeable and is available with switch, suspension ring and integrated rectifier. There is a separate electric - equipment associated with it. This magnet can even be operated as groups rather than single units.
