Built to economize conveyor line gaps and floor space, the Nordson Lean Cell Fast Color Change Powder Coating Booth improves speed of color change as well as production capacity. This booth features an open-face canopy for the operator to optimize access to the parts for coating. The booth has an interface designed for easy utilization. This system has a better CFM capability compared to standard booths. Each operator has a 28 color capacity. This system consists of the Prodigy Manual Spray Gun, the Lean Cell Spray Booth, as well as the Prodigy Color-On-Demand Instant Color Selector. This system is the benchmark for quality powder coating, offering efficient coating and minimal time for color change. This is ideal for office furniture manufacturers to effectively adopt a Just-In-Time production.
