The Series TMB is a horizontal magnetic drive centrifugal pump that, suitable for low pump capacities in small systems and apparatus manufacturing. It is run by a magnetic coupling and possesses a pump capacity that measures 65 l/min and 8 m in delivery head.

Fabricated from a spiral casing material of PP or ECTFE, this centrifugal pump has no dynamic shaft seal, and has portable dimensions that operate and adapt to the users specific needs.

Savino Barbera PP-PVDF BM magnetic pumps can handle maximum viscosity of 200 cSt. Parts coming in contact with the liquid are made of PP/PVDF and EPDM/Viton/Ceramic filled PTFE. The suction and discharge are FPT threaded.

Several options are available on request. These include start-up protection in dry state, hose adaptor with nipple, flanged connections, quick connections, and other voltages/60Hz. Also available are protection against overload, explosion-proof motors, 4 pole 1450 RPM motors, and basket-type suction filter.

The BM AISI 316 magnetic pumps is equipped with a FPT threaded suction and discharge. The materials that come in contact with the liquid are made of AISI 316 stainless steel and EPDM/Viton/Graphite/PTFE. The shaft materials are chromium plated AISI 316 stainless steel or silicon carbide. Available options upon request are protection from start-up when dry, hose adaptor plus nipple, flanged connections, quick connections, various voltages/60 Hz, explosion-proof motors, overload protection, basket-type suction filter and 4 pole motors (1450 rpm).

This pump with magnetic drive (model 41.008.200), designed to increase pressure so as to enable a higher flow rate and improved dispense accuracy is ideal for applications where a low water level in a boiler causes an insufficient flow rate .Use of the pump enables flexible sitting of dispense valves inside the machine.Varying the voltage supplied to the pump changes its speed and thus varying the flow rate output.
The use of additional seals preventing potential leak paths is avoided by the use of a non-contact magnetic connection which drives the impeller instead. The pumps body housing is suitable for use with hot water.

This magnetic drive pump has been created to allow increased pressure, which will enable a superior flow rate and improved dispensing accuracy. Perfectly suited to operate where low water levels in boilers cause a reduced flow rate due to the dispense valves. Allows for a flexible siting of dispense valves inside the machine, including up to one meter above water level, which is exceptionally useful for use as a table top vending machine, in confined areas. Attaching a valve bank when operating will allow for the fitting of a re-circulating bypass system, which allows water to be guided back into the boiler to maintain a steady water temperature within the system. Adjusting the variable voltage supplied will change the operating speed of the pump, and thus vary the flow rate output. The impeller is driven magnetic connections, avoiding the need for seals, and prevents leaks. The pumps body housing is suitable for use with hot water and the internal shaft and bearings are made from non-corrosive materials. Applications include: beverage dispensing, and tank or boiler draining.
