Gear pump / lubrication - 1/3 - 84 gpm, max. 300 psi | 4000 series
Tuthill Series 4100 pumps come with the optional foot mounting. They can also be delivered in adapter mountings or close coupling setup. Their open coring design allows great performance on higher pressures and speeds. Our offer includes models with capacity that goes from 1/3 to 14 GPM. The rotor heads are balanced by hydraulics which provides minimal clearance. That results in great priming and steady capacity over the large pressure and viscosity range. The 4100series are able to handle inlet pressure up to 250 psi at 1750 rpm rotor speed and provide the maximum discharge pressure of 300 psi.
There is also an option of delivering these pumps with tang shafts, outboard ball bearings, relief valves and seals that can be made out of neoprene, Bruna N, Viton or EPR.
The 4300 series have mechanical type face seals. Ten models cover the capacities in range from 6 GPM to 84 GPM. They come with the Woodruff keyway shafts. They can also be fitted with relief valve, outboard ball bearings and seal made out of Buna N, Viton, EPR or neoprene. The mounting foot is also available as an option.
The maximum inlets pressure for these pumps is 250 psi at motor speed of 1750 rpm. Maximum possible discharge pressure of these pumps is 300 psi. Finally, the maximum differential pressure for them is 150 psi.
