This can be used to determine the exact size and shape of the target. The backlight can be connected to PresencePLUS vision sensors or to an external power supply. Offers diffused and uniform brightness to help in accurate measuring and gauging. The various holes in the target are highlighted enabling accurate distinction. Depending on model, the life of the light varies, from 10,000 to 100,000 hours. Customers can choose from different colored lights like infrared, white, blue or green.

It gives prominence and focuses on different non-uniformity and unevenness on the surface like dents, dust, scratches and many other irregularities that can be found on its facade. It has a standard lights obtainable in 150 mm light size and with a 24 V dc supply voltage while its specialty lights are obtainable in either 100 or 150 mm light sizes with either 12 or 24 V dc supply voltage. It accentuates minor height differences.
